The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites sealed bids from tax-compliant Event Management Companies and Service Providers for the provision of comprehensive event management services for a Career Fair. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender with a bid security requirement of Rs. 300,000. The tender is issued under reference ES/02/26-27 and covers event planning, coordination and execution services. The scope encompasses venue management, logistics, vendor coordination, participant registration, and overall event delivery as detailed in the Bill of Quantity and Terms of Reference. Tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid via challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at Meezan Bank Ltd.

Bids with supporting documents must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ and the original bid security and signed bid must be physically delivered to IBA Karachi before October 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on October 9, 2026 at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidder representatives.
