Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company (Pvt.) Ltd. invites sealed bids under SPPRA Rules 2010 (as amended) for the procurement of services covering design, development, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and post-implementation support of an Integrated Digital Management Platform for Digital Transformation and Operational Automation. The project seeks to modernise operational processes through enterprise systems and business process automation across the company's operations in Sindh. Bidders must be duly registered, technically competent software development firms or consulting firms with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in software development, digital transformation, enterprise systems, and business process automation. Eligible firms are invited to submit sealed bids through the SPPRA EPAD Portal.
Bid security is fixed at 2 percent of the bid offer amount. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company (Pvt.) Ltd. must be submitted at the Procuring Agency's Head Office in Karachi on or before the bid opening time. Bid validity is 90 days from the date of submission. Bids must be submitted online through the EPAD Portal in accordance with prescribed procedures. The submission deadline is 08 October 2026 at 3:00 PM, with technical proposals opening on the same date at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives who wish to attend. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified bidders, with the date and time communicated separately via email or official correspondence.
