The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Main Campus invites quotations for the supply of complete uniforms and accessories for security guards at its University Road campus in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement includes 22 shalwar and kameez sets in navy blue with security specifications, 11 pairs of handmade leather sandals, 11 woolen jackets with detachable hoods, 22 waterproof rain coats, 22 cotton caps with IBA branding, 11 nylon belts, and 22 pairs of cotton socks. All items require customization and specific design elements including Pakistani flags, security badges, IBA logos, and nameplate embroidery. Sampling is mandatory for kameez and rain coats. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after receipt of invoice and delivery. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, split orders among bidders, or modify quantities without assigning reasons. Stamp duty of 0.35% on total purchase order value will be levied accordingly.
