The Principal of Govt. Higher Secondary School of Special Education For Hi Sahiwal invites online bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students (boys and girls) for both winter and summer seasons under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement system. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 2,300,000 for the financial year 2026-27, with the school located in Scheme No. 2, Farid Town, Sahiwal, Punjab. The tender covers the supply of complete uniform sets tailored to meet the specific needs of special education students, ensuring quality and appropriate sizing across all required garments and accessories.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the income tax and sales tax authorities and must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA Punjab. All participating bidders are required to deposit bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost through electronic bank transfer via 1Link or online banking against a generated PSID, with the payment receipt attached as proof. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee equivalent to ten percent of the contract amount at the time of award, also through electronic means, and must adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents and the Uniform Contract.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement system immediately after publication of this notice. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 AM on 8 October 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day at the school office. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by financial bids only for technically qualified firms. In case of a public holiday, both submission and opening dates will be shifted to the next working day.
