Description / Scope of Work
Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH), a non-governmental organization registered with the Ministry of Interior, invites sealed bids for the sale of one used vehicle on an as-is, where-is basis. The asset being sold is a white Toyota Land Cruiser (Registration No. SG-003) manufactured in 1996, with a 4,164 cc engine, 4 cylinders, and seating capacity of 7 persons, currently located in Islamabad, Federal Province. The vehicle will be sold without any warranty, and all related documents are available for examination at the DKH office in Islamabad. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicle on 28 to 29 September 2026 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at Office No. 204, Darwaish Tower, E-11/2, Islamabad, near KFC.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 6 October 2026 by 5:00 PM at the same office location. The prescribed bid form is available upon request from the Finance Coordinator. Late bids, conditional bids, and bids submitted without the required bid security will not be accepted. All transfer costs shall be borne by the successful bidder, although DKH will facilitate the transfer process. The successful bidder must complete full payment and vehicle transfer within one week of the award notification.

DKH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, and the organization's decision shall be final and binding.
