Description / Scope of Work
The Headmistress of Govt. Special Education Centre Bosan Town Multan invites online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP.PUNJAB.GOV.PK) for the procurement of uniform items for special students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is Rs. 20,00,000 and covers both winter and summer season uniforms. The centre is located in Multan, Punjab, and seeks qualified suppliers to deliver uniforms meeting specifications for students with special educational needs. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and can be downloaded before the closing date.
Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. All participating firms are required to deposit bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost through online banking (1Link or online bank transfer) against a generated PSID, with payment proof attached to tender documents. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA Punjab. Mandatory requirements include submission of sale tax returns for the last two years (month-wise, excluding zero/nil returns), five supply orders of uniforms from previous clients, and five performance certificates demonstrating prior experience in uniform supply.
Bids must be submitted electronically by 08-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM at the office of the Headmistress. Rates should be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate tax breakdown. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount at the time of contract award.
