Description / Scope of Work
National Book Foundation invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the disposal of obsolete zinc plates and related materials on an as-is-where-is basis. This single-stage, one-envelope e-bidding process is open to registered firms, companies, individual consultants, and sole proprietorships across Pakistan. The disposal activity is referenced under Disposal Activity ID D10819 and is being conducted in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Interested bidders must access the detailed bidding documents through the EPADS v2.0 platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ to review complete specifications, terms, conditions, and requirements applicable to this disposal proceeding.
All prospective bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes, and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. Professional Engineers Council (PEC) registration may be required if the disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works components. Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS v2.0 will be accepted; manual bid submissions are not permitted under this invitation. Bidders should note that a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted under Regulation No. 26, with notification details available on the EPADS v2.0 platform and the procuring agency's website where applicable.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Participated bidders will receive automatic notification through EPADS v2.0 regarding preliminary results, followed by final results notification as per the bidding documents timeline.
