Description / Scope of Work
Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue), Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items and provision of services including security services, janitorial services, and maintenance of different articles to support operations at the office located in Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses multiple annexures (A through N) covering items and services with delivery and completion schedules as per work order specifications. All items must be delivered to the Regional Tax Office-II at the 4th Floor, Tax House-II address in Karachi. The tender process follows Federal Board of Revenue procurement standards with technical evaluation and quality inspection provisions.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, holding valid Digital Invoicing Integration Certificate, Sindh Revenue Board Certificate, EOBI Certificate, and SESSI Certificate. Bidders must submit company profile, proof of tax registration, an affidavit confirming non-blacklisted status, and relevant booklets or brochures for quoted items. Earnest money equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid value must accompany the bid as a bank draft or pay order made in favor of Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office-II Karachi. No bid without earnest money will be entertained.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked Confidential to the Office of DDO, Regional Tax Office-II, Tax House-II on or before 11:00 AM on 13 October 2026. All bids received within the prescribed deadline will be opened by the Procurement/Services Committee at 11:30 AM on the same date at the conference room, Ground Floor, Tax House-II, in the presence of bidder representatives. Unit prices must be quoted in Pakistani currency inclusive of all taxes and duties. Quoted prices are valid for one year from the tender opening date.
