Description / Scope of Work
Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue), Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items and provision of security services, janitorial services, and maintenance services for different articles at the office location in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement covers multiple categories listed in Annexures A through N, with items to be delivered at the 4th Floor, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. All bids received within the prescribed time limit will be opened by the Procurement/Services Committee in the presence of bidder representatives at 11:30 A.M on 13-10-2026.
Bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Confidential" to the Office of DDO, Regional Tax Office-II, Tax House-II, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, on or before 11:00 A.M on 13-10-2026. Clarifications regarding specifications or terms and conditions may be sought from the Procurement/Services Committee, Room No.417, 4th Floor Tax House-II, during office hours at Phone No. 99249506. The Procurement/Services Committee reserves the right to reject any bid wholly or partly and to inspect or test items upon delivery to ensure conformity with prescribed specifications.
