Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue) at Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items and provision of janitorial services as detailed in Annexures A, B, C, D, E, L (items) and F, G, H, I, J, K, M, N (services). Items are to be supplied with all accessories as per specified nomenclature and technical specifications. Services include security services, providing janitorial services, and maintenance services for articles at the Regional Tax Office-II premises. Tender reference is NO.SO-II/CCIR/RTO-II/(Tender) 2026-2027/465 dated 23-09-2026. All items must be delivered to the Regional Tax Office-II, 4th Floor, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Sindh, within the delivery schedule stipulated in the work order.
Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 5% of the total bid value as Earnest Money made in favor of Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi. The bid must be accompanied by a Technical Advise in a separate envelope if applicable. Required documents include company profile with all contracts, copies of Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, Digital Invoicing Integration Certificate, Sindh Revenue Board Certificate, EOBI Certificate, SESSI Certificate, and C.N.I.C. of the proprietor. Bidders must be active taxpayers for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must provide an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting by any department. Unit prices must be quoted in Pakistani currency inclusive of all taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and SRB duties. Quoted prices are valid for one year from the tender opening date.
Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked Confidential to the Office of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II, 4th Floor, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, on or before the deadline of 11:00 A.M. on 13-10-2026. Bid opening will occur at the same location at 11:30 A.M. on 13-10-2026 in the presence of bidder representatives. The Procurement/Services Committee reserves the right to reject any bid wholly or partly.
