Description / Scope of Work
Regional Tax Office-II, Inland Revenue, Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items and provision of janitorial and maintenance services at the RTO-II premises located at Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Sindh. The tender covers multiple annexures of items (A, B, C, D, E, L) and services (F, G, H, I, J, K, M, N) as detailed in the tender document, with quoted prices valid for one year from the opening date. The scope includes supply of consumables, office equipment accessories, and ongoing maintenance and janitorial services for the tax office facility. Items must be delivered in full conformity with specifications and nomenclature provided in the respective annexures, and all delivery charges, handling, transportation, unloading and installation costs are the responsibility of the supplier.
Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid value as a bank draft or pay order in favour of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi. All bids must be accompanied by a duly filled bidding form (Annexure-O) stamped and signed by the bidder or authorized representative. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani currency inclusive of all taxes such as Sales Tax, Income Tax and SRB charges. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and must provide an affidavit confirming the company is not blacklisted by any department. Technical advice, if any, should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked as "Technical Advise".
All bids must be delivered to the Office of the DDO, Regional Tax Office-II, Tax House-II, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential" on or before the deadline of 11:00 A.M. on 13-10-2026. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 A.M. at the Ground Floor of Tax House-II in the presence of bidder representatives. Procurement/Services Committee reserves the right to reject any bid wholly or partly, and to inspect or test all delivered items to ensure conformity with specifications.
