Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) invites sealed tenders for the provision of vehicles on rent for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers trucks, buses, Hiace ambulances and double-cabin vehicles required for relief operations, wing rotation and special duties across multiple locations. The scope extends from Karachi and interior Sindh to cities including Hyderabad, Badin, Nagarparkar, Chachro, Diplo, Khipro, Hathungo, Sorah, Mirpur Mathelo, Sardargarh, Khairpur Mirs, Larkana, Kandhkot, Sukkur, Nawab Shah, Kotri, New Chhor, as well as Islamabad, Quetta, Jiwani, Sui, Khuzdar, Kotli, Muzafarabad and Rawalkot. This is a recurring annual contract for operational support across Sindh province and other regions of Pakistan.
Tenders are invited from manufacturers or their sole distributors and authorized dealers only. Bidders must obtain the tender form by payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) from the Mechanical Transport Company Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), KTC Building near the Meteorological Department, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. The tender documents are available from 1 to 15 October 2026 by 10:00 hours. The Director General of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2004.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the sealed tender box at Mechanical Transport Company Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), KTC Building, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi by 14:00 hours on 15 October 2026 (as per corrigendum notice extending the original deadline of 25 September 2026). Tender opening will take place on the same date at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The notice is also available on the websites of PPRA and SPPRA.
