The National Bank of Pakistan in Swat, KPK invites sealed e-tenders from reputable contractors for the conversion of an ordinary safe room into a reinforced cement concrete strong room at the NBP Warai Branch under the Swat region. This specialized civil engineering project involves structural modifications and reinforcement to meet stringent banking security standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specific specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Additionally, participating firms must maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue and Provincial Revenue Board taxpayer lists. The procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the PPRA EPADS portal. Interested parties are required to submit a bid security of 40,000 Rupees in the form of a payment order or bank guarantee. All technical and financial documentation must be uploaded to the electronic portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled shortly thereafter at the Engineering Wing in Islamabad. The project must be completed within forty-five days of the contract award.
