The Public Health Engineering Division Mansehra invites electronic bids from eligible government-registered contractors for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under two major ADP initiatives. Eligible contractors must submit their bids through EPADS before 14 October 2026 at 12:05 PM in sealed envelopes clearly marked with technical and financial proposals along with required documentation including CNIC copies, valid PEC registration for 2026-27, enlisment certificates, KPPRA forms, FBR forms, updated audit reports, and affidavits regarding litigation and previous performance history.
