Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and D.I. Khan under ADP reference 251122 (2026-27). The tender comprises two main drinking water supply schemes: DWSS Natubabad Adamabad valued at PKR 8,120,800 and DWSS Kot Garwakai Gomal valued at PKR 13,064,000. Additionally, annual repair and maintenance of civil works for PHE Division Tank FY 2026-27 in the Gul Imam Khel Circle, District Tank, is estimated at PKR 6,000,000. The total procurement scope covers water infrastructure development and maintenance across multiple districts in the province.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), hold valid KPRA registration marked as active, possess an active FBR NTN certificate, maintain KP Central Enlistment Registration, and provide a copy of their CNIC. Bid security is required at 2% of the estimated cost with stamp duty: PKR 171,416 for Natubabad Adamabad, PKR 301,280 for Kot Garwakai Gomal, and PKR 129,000 for the annual repair and maintenance work. The bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit in favor of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, Tank. Joint ventures between bidders are not permitted.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the E-PADS website. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through E-PADS and also send a hard copy in a sealed envelope via registered courier to the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, Tank, before the closing date and time of 13th October 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. All submissions must comply with KP Public Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and relevant KPPRA notifications.
