Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes Construction by PHE Division Battagram, KPK

The Public Health Engineering Division Battagram invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across the Northern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the financial year 2025-26. The project encompasses seven distinct water supply schemes including WSS Khui Kandi in Rajdhari (42.503 million rupees), WSS Sango To Habib Banda in Battamori (24.508 million), WSS Bann Beala To Mako Ban Nalla in Rashang (24.962 million), WSS Rao & Spider in Behari (28.771 million), WSS Karr in Behari (18.807 million), WSS Bapp Kareen in Hutal and Batkool (13.983 million), and WSS Kund Allai in Jambera (29.900 million), with a combined estimated value of approximately 183.434 million rupees. This is a single-stage two-envelope procedure tender requiring submission of technical and financial proposals through the ePADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and hard copy envelopes. Bidders must submit technical proposals clearly marked with contractor and company details, accompanied by financial proposals with work number and contractor firm name in separate sealed envelopes. Mandatory hard copy documents including CNIC copy, valid PEC registration for 2026-27, works department enlishment certificate, FORM-H for companies, valid KPPRA form, valid FBR form, audit report dated 01-07-2022 to 31 December 2025, affidavits regarding litigation and previous blacklisting status, and performance certificates must be attached. Bid documents are available for download from the official ePADS website and Khyber KPPRA portal. Technical bids shall be opened on the same day of submission at 1:05 PM in the presence of authorized contractor representatives, with financial bids of technically qualified bidders opened after technical evaluation. The procurement entity reserves the right to accept, reject, or declare non-responsive any participating bidder.
