Water Supply Scheme from Berlu to Pattan Bazar by PHE Kohistan Lower

The Public Health Engineering Division Kohistan Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal for the Water Supply Scheme from Berlu to Pattan Bazar, Surrounding Area and Tableegi Markaz. This is a single-stage two-envelope tender under the Hydro Power Generating District Development Project, funded from the 10% Net Hydel Profit allocation. The estimated project cost is PKR 79.846 million. The scope encompasses the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a comprehensive water distribution network serving the specified areas in Kohistan Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project represents significant infrastructure development for potable water access in the region. Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS and KPPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS before 12:05 noon on 15 October 2026, with technical proposals opened the same day at 1:05 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Original bid security and supporting documents must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope before opening. Clarifications may be requested until 3:00 PM on 12 October 2026. Financial bids from technically responsive bidders will be opened on a date to be announced subsequently.
