Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation, Faisalabad (MCF) under the Government of the Punjab invites bids for three annual framework contracts for fiscal year 2026-27 covering essential municipal infrastructure maintenance in Faisalabad city. The contracts include patchwork of roads, curb stone installation, signage and direction boards, raising of manholes; repair and maintenance of PCC (Portland Cement Concrete), RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete), and brick work with manhole raising; and repair and maintenance of tuff tiles with provision and fixing of tuff tile, signage, direction boards and manhole raising. These are recurring annual framework contracts intended to support ongoing municipal infrastructure upkeep across Faisalabad city throughout the financial year 2026-27.
Bidding is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System following the Single Stage Single Envelope (SSTE) procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 (as amended).
