Description / Scope of Work
Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Sahiwal invites encrypted electronic bids under single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the procurement of training material for Auto & Farm Technology and Civil Technology programmes. The total estimated value of this procurement is Rs. 992,502 and the contract will be awarded based on the least accumulative cost method. The tender is being conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules and bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk for free download.
Bidders must be active tax bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities from the Tax Department. A bid security of Rs. 49,625 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is required, payable to the Principal Govt. College of Technology (Boys) Sahiwal. Original bid security must be submitted physically before 11:00 AM on the bid opening date, with a scanned copy uploaded to the e-Procurement portal. Income and Sales tax registration certificates and all required supporting documents as specified in the tender document must accompany the bids.
Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 01:00 P.M on 12-10-2026, with e-bids to be opened at 01:30 P.M on the same date. Bidders should ensure submission well before the deadline as the college shall not be responsible for any technical issues.
