Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority at Govt. College of Technology, Attock invites sealed e-bids for procurement of consumable and training material for Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) programs and Physics and Chemistry departments for the academic session 2026-27. The tender comprises eight separate packages covering DAE Mechanical (estimated 677,899 PKR), DAE Electrical (722,969 PKR), DAE Auto & Diesel (340,830 PKR), DAE Civil (756,438 PKR), DAE Computer (589,106 PKR), DAE Mechatronics (100,128 PKR), Physics (84,980 PKR), and Chemistry (80,150 PKR), with a combined estimated value of approximately 3.73 million PKR. The procurement is conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure using an accumulative cost basis least cost method, and all material will be delivered to the college in Attock, Punjab.
Bidders must be GST and Income Tax registered or paying firms completed in all respects. A refundable bid security equivalent to 5% of each respective package amount must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System on or before the closing date and time. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value within seven days of contract award in the form of a demand draft, postal order, or certified demand receipt favoring the Principal. Bidders are required to quote rates inclusive of all government taxes, installation charges, and transportation or freight charges.

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by October 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, and bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
