Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids for procurement of training material for DAE Mechanical Technology program at Govt. College of Technology, Railway Road, Lahore, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 1,980,422 and bidding is conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible bidders and contractors must be registered for income tax and sales tax with relevant Government bodies. This is one of four training material procurement packages being advertised simultaneously, covering mechanical, automotive, architecture and HVACR technologies.
Bidders must be active taxpayers for NTN and GST purposes, with exemption proof required if applicable. Bid security of Rs. 99,021 (five percent of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order or Demand Draft favouring Non-Salaried Govt. College of Technology, Railway Road, Lahore, attached at the time of bid submission through e-Procurement System. All prevailing Government taxes including transportation and installation charges must be quoted inclusive in the bid rates as per PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered with the relevant procurement authorities and not blacklisted by TEVTA or PPRA.
Bid documents are available on PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System only by 09-10-2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on the same date at Government College of Technology in the presence of procurement committee and bidder representatives.
