Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites reputable and capable firms to submit bids for the decoration and renovation of existing floating jetties. The project covers two specific locations, Kallar Kahar and Hiran Minar, with each jetty measuring 15x20 feet. The works must be executed according to the provided specifications, designs, and pictures with a total estimated price of 3,000,000 Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as active filers and be registered on the E-PADS system. A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to 150,000 Rupees, which represents 5 percent of the estimated cost, is mandatory. Additionally, bidders are required to provide a flower sample before the bid opening to demonstrate their skill and provide a certificate of non-blacklisting. All renovation work must be completed within 30 days of the work order issuance. Online bids must be uploaded to the E-PADS system in PDF format by 11:00 AM on 05 May 2026.
