Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority, Maintenance Division No. III (SB), invites electronic bids from qualified firms for three maintenance projects at Block B, Minister's Enclave F-5/2, Islamabad, Federal Province. The works comprise roof treatment (NIT cost Rs. 860,822), sewerage system improvement (NIT cost Rs. 826,627), and refixing of tuff pavers (NIT cost Rs. 825,000), with a combined estimated value of approximately Rs. 2.51 million. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with valid project code CE-01 for the year 2026-27, demonstrating proven eligibility and qualification per bidding documents. The tender documents are available exclusively on the PPRA E-PAD 2.0 portal; no hard copies are issued.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors on E-PAD 2.0 and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Bid security (Earnest Money via Call Deposit Receipt) amounts to Rs. 25,824, Rs. 24,800, and Rs. 24,750 for the respective works, issued from any scheduled bank in the firm's name and payable to the Deputy Director Maint-III (SB), CDA. Prospective bidders must submit scanned copies of bid security online and originals two days before tender opening. Additional requirements include original Judicial Stamp Paper certificates (Rs. 50 each) confirming non-involvement in litigation and non-relationship with CDA. If the total bid amount falls below 10 percent of the NIT amount, bidders must submit additional performance security Call Deposit equal to the difference between the NIT and quoted amount minus 10 percent of NIT.
Bidding documents are procured through the PPRA E-PAD 2.0 online portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online before the opening date of 09-10-2026. Tender opening occurs on 09-10-2026 at 12:00 P.M. at the office of the Deputy Director Maint-III (SB) located in R Block, Pakistan Secretariat, Ground Floor, Islamabad.
