Description / Scope of Work
The office of AGE (Air) Murid invites sealed tenders for the provision of miscellaneous facilities and engineering works at PAF locations under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The Notice of Tender (NIT) comprises 33 distinct work packages valued between Rs 1.000 million and Rs 1.999 million each, covering provision of miscellaneous facilities, internal and external electrical works across multiple zones, B&R (Buildings and Repairs) art works, repair and replacement of main and rewinding works for centrifugal and submersible pumping sets with fittings and fixtures, generator set maintenance and repairs, MES vehicle repairs and maintenance, and bazaar supply material provision for B&R and E&M (Electrical and Mechanical) sub-divisions at PAF. The total estimated cost spans multiple million rupees across various PAF establishments. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors meeting specified experience and eligibility criteria for the relevant job categories and areas.
Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category 'E' and possess demonstrated experience in executing similar works within the last two years. All applicants are required to provide certificates confirming they are not involved in litigation with government departments in court and that no outstanding special inspection reports exist against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Tender documents will only be issued to contractors whose applications and credentials satisfy the scrutiny process. No bid security percentage or amount is specified in the notice.
Bid documents are obtained through User ID registration on the PPRA website for online upload submission. An up-loading fee of Rs 15,000 has been paid via online top-up. Sealed tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 12 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rules paragraph 33(i).
