Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the repair, replacement and reinstallation of canopy bluebars with associated electrical works at New Vision Retail Outlets (NVROs) across Lahore Division in Sindh Province. The project encompasses complete supply, fabrication, installation, electrification, testing and commissioning of 1,025 linear feet of illuminated acrylic bluebars at designated PSO retail locations including M/s Virk P/s, M/s Choudhary Bros P/s, M/s Khan Brothers P/s, M/s Golden Star P/s and M/s Mian P/s. The scope includes fabrication of 5mm clear acrylic sheets thermoformed to required specifications, application of translucent blue vinyl graphics using premium international brands such as 3M or Avery Dennison, installation of 4-foot LED tube rods (Philips or equivalent) with minimum 1600 lumens output and 15000-hour rated life, complete rewiring using 2-core PVC-insulated copper cable, dismantling of existing components, and comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure proper illumination and electrical safety. All works must comply with approved PSO drawings, branding requirements and applicable PSO standards.
Bidders must comply with PSO's standard qualification and registration requirements. The quotation deadline is 8 October 2026. Bid security (earnest money) details and submission procedures are as specified in the attached instructions. Quotations should include unit pricing for supply and installation per linear foot of bluebar.
