The Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for several high-value upgradation projects across various Sahulat Bazaars. The procurement is divided into four distinct lots covering a broad range of infrastructure and technical enhancements. Lot 1 involves civil, structural, and allied works across Punjab with an estimated cost of 481.18 million Rupees, requiring a C-3 PEC category. Lot 2 and Lot 3 focus on Lahore-based bazaars, specifically targeting the upgradation of flooring, finishing, and surface works, as well as the installation of advanced roofing systems with tensile structures. Lot 4 is dedicated to the modernization of monitoring, IT, and operational support infrastructure. All bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in categories ranging from C-3 to C-6 depending on the specific lot and must be active taxpayers. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure conducted through the EPADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online by 9:30 AM on 06 May 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 29 April 2026 to address queries.
