Description / Scope of Work
The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD), operating under the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders for the supply, installation and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences and seminars in Islamabad. The tender is issued under a single stage-two envelopes bidding procedure through the E-PADS platform. Eligible vendors must be financially sound firms registered in the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area with demonstrated production and distribution facilities. The tender process is open to reputed firms with proven track records in the promotional materials sector. Tender documents, including the complete list of required items, are available on the E-PADS platform, www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk websites for download and review by interested bidders.
Prospective bidders must submit a comprehensive company profile detailing their experience in the promotional materials business to qualify for the competitive bidding process. Only firms demonstrating proven track record and experience in the relevant business along with sound financial position will be included in further evaluation stages. An earnest money deposit of 5 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory, to be submitted in the form of a bank draft made payable to the Section Officer (Administration), SIFCD, Islamabad. No tender submission will be entertained or processed without the required earnest money, which is refundable upon contract conclusion or tender rejection.
Bid documents must be uploaded on the E-PADS platform by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the evaluation committee at SIFCD's office in Islamabad.
