The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD), operating under the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders for the supply, installation and fixing of promotional material required for meetings, conferences and seminars in Islamabad. Bid documents must be uploaded on the E-PADS platform by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the evaluation committee at SIFCD's office in Islamabad.
