Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites sealed bids for twelve civil works projects across its 132KV and higher voltage grid infrastructure in Faisalabad, Federal Province. Works range from construction of boundary walls, water tanks, overhead structures, trenches for power cables, control house buildings, and security cabins at various grid stations including Shorkat City, T.T. Singh, Bhera, Tandlianwala, VAC, Bandala, and Factory. The estimated Bill of Quantities values range from Rs 6.6 lakh to Rs 29.8 lakh per project, with total procurement scope exceeding Rs 1.26 crore. Contractors must provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years, maintain sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and hold valid identity cards. Bidders must demonstrate completion of at least two similar contracts worth more than 40 percent of estimated cost within ten years, maintain average annual turnover exceeding 50 percent of contract value for the last three years, hold cash or equivalents of 10 percent of contract value, and comply with NEPRA Safety Code requirements in their tender submission.
Bid documents may be downloaded from E-PADS Version 2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the FESCO website (www.fesco.com.pk) by October 20, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 11:30 AM on October 21, 2026, and will be opened at 12:00 noon the same day in the office of the Superintending Engineer (Civil), FESCO Faisalabad. Bid Security at 5 percent of BOQ cost payable to the Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO must accompany each bid and remain valid for 140 days.
