Description / Scope of Work
Accelerate Prosperity Pakistan, a joint initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation and Industrial Promotion Services under the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development, invites expressions of interest for pre-qualification and registration of experienced vendors to supply travel management services, event management and catering services, and transportation services on an ongoing basis. The scope encompasses domestic and international air ticket reservations, visa processing, rent-a-car services throughout Pakistan, conference and workshop planning, venue identification, catering for all meal types, audio-visual and technical equipment provision, event branding and materials, vehicle rental and leasing, driver provision, and fleet maintenance compliance across all service categories. This is a framework vendor registration exercise issued under the AKRSP Procurement Manual to establish a panel of pre-qualified service providers for future competitive procurement opportunities. Reference number EOI/AP/2026/0001 applies to this federal-level initiative.
Eligible applicants must demonstrate minimum three years of continuous professional experience in the relevant service field with evidence of successful project completion. Applicants must hold valid business registration, tax compliance certificates from the Federal Board of Revenue, and sector-specific professional licenses as applicable. Financial stability is required, demonstrated through audited financial statements for the past two years and bank references. Applicants must maintain a clean record with no history of fraudulent, corrupt or unethical practices and comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and relevant international standards. Local suppliers are preferred where delivery time and logistics are significant considerations.
Interested organizations may apply for one or more service categories by submitting a detailed expression of interest with supporting documentation including business registration certificates, valid licenses, tax compliance certificates, audited accounts, clean record declarations, company profiles, key personnel CVs, and portfolios of completed projects.
