Bid Structure: Applicants must submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical Proposals (along with required documents like NTN, CNIC, experience certificates, and bid security) and Financial Proposals, both enclosed within a single master envelope. Tax Compliance: Tenants are required to pay all applicable provincial, federal, corporation, and withholding taxes monthly along with the rent. Female Staff Rule: All shops, canteens, cafes, and khokhas located at the Female Hostel must exclusively employ female staff. Contract Duration: The initial contract is awarded for two years, and may be extended for an additional two years upon satisfactory performance with a 10% annual increase in rent.
