The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and firms for execution of 23 maintenance and repair works at naval installations including PNS Rahbar and PNS Himalaya in Karachi, Sindh Province. The scope encompasses provision and installation of air conditioning units, block masonry and painting, electrical fitting replacements, water supply fixtures, furniture refurbishment, fly-proofing maintenance, boundary wall repairs, tile and washroom renovations, decoration works, and miscellaneous internal repairs across administrative and residential facilities. The total estimated value of all works is approximately 15.34 million rupees. Applicants must submit pre-qualification documents by 10 October 2026 at 1200 hours, with tender opening scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 1200 hours. A bid security of Rs 15,000 has been deposited with PPRA Bank, Account No. PK17 HABB 0004500-131007-01 at the HBL Pak secretariat Branch in Islamabad.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors borne on the approved list according to contractual limits of the Ministry of Engineering Services, Contractors, or other Government Departments with demonstrated experience in similar maintenance and repair works. Applicants not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council will not be considered for tender document issuance. All bidders must furnish a comprehensive list of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details including skilled and unskilled workforce, machinery and equipment inventory, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificate as part of their pre-qualification submission.
