Garrison Engineer (Army) Sargodha Cantt invites sealed tenders from approved contractors and firms for multiple Military Engineer Services (MES) works under tender reference Advt-01/2026-27. The scope encompasses twenty-two distinct work categories including repair and maintenance of buildings, floors, doors, offices and residential units; internal and external utilities such as electric works, water supply systems and sui gas installations; bazar supplies for building materials and utilities; reconstruction of main and staff offices; provision and maintenance of external services; and auctioneer contract services. Works are located at Sargodha Cantt in Punjab province. Tender closing is scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 1130 hours, with technical bid opening by the Garrison Engineer (Army) and concerned Military Establishment at 1200 hours the same day.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors enlisted with MES in Category E and above. Bidders must furnish details of similar works executed during the preceding two years, including work name, amount, execution period, commencement date, completion date and percentage progress achieved. The accepting officer reserves authority to accept or reject any tender as per Para-33(i) of PPRA regulations.
