Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites sealed bids for sixteen tenders encompassing both goods supply and services across operations and maintenance, infrastructure development, and planning divisions. The procurement package includes supply of industrial components such as ball valves, block terminal units, pillow block bearings, filters, linear actuating cylinders for gas turbines, control valves, and repair kits; miscellaneous items including pallets, ladders, steel lockers, wall-mounted cabinets, storage racks, and gasoline generators; walkie-talkie communication sets; and specialised services including SCADA system spares installation, double cabin 4x4 vehicle rental at Hala field, Mazarani support services, PLC programming for SGT400 gas turbine systems, and functional competency framework development. The tenders are issued by PPL with headquarters in Karachi, Sindh, representing the national petroleum entity's ongoing operational and infrastructural requirements.
Bidders must comply with PPL's e-procurement portal submission requirements and comply with all instructional guidelines detailed in the tender documents. Bidders are required to register and submit proposals exclusively through PPL's online e-procurement platform to be considered responsive. Bids must be submitted online via the same portal prior to 1500 hours Pakistan Standard Time on the closing date. All bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing date and time.
