Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Highway Division in Naushahro Feroze, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for the construction of a significant infrastructure project involving a 68.00 RM (225 RFT) prestressed bridge. The project is located at Chaheen Manomal to Padidan Station Road over the Nusrat Canal and includes the construction of necessary bridge approaches. With an estimated cost of approximately 125.063 million Rupees, this tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure conducted through the electronic procurement system EPADS. Interested firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or above with specialization code CE-02. Eligibility requirements include an average annual turnover equal to the project cost and a proven track record of completing similar bridge projects within the last five years. Bidders must also be active taxpayers with both the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 1:30 PM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by a 5 percent bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees. The project has a defined completion period of twelve months.
