The Water and Power Development Authority in Tarbela, Federal Government invites sealed e-bids for two significant international procurement packages at the Mangla Power Station. The first package, reference OP/ITR-875, involves the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 500 KV circuit breakers, disconnect switches, current transformers, and surge arresters. The second package, reference OP/ITR-876, focuses on the replacement of the UPS and SCADA modernization for units 1 through 14, including energy meters and station monitoring systems. Interested firms must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the year 2026. The bidding process is conducted via the EPADS system, with a bid security of 6.5 million Rupees required for the primary electrical equipment package and 3 million Rupees for the SCADA modernization project. The completion period for these works is set at 540 days. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026, after which they will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
