Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director for the Chedegi to Panjgur Road Project in Panjgur, Balochistan invites electronic bids for the construction of a road from the Chedegi Iran Border to Panjgur, including the Panjgur Bypass. This large-scale infrastructure project covers approximately 99 kilometers of road work with an estimated cost of over 10.2 billion Rupees. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A with specialized codes CE-01, CE-02, and CE-10. Eligibility requirements include a demonstrated annual turnover of at least 8 billion Rupees and the successful completion of a similar nature project costing at least 75 percent of the estimate within the last five years. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted as earnest money. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard no later than 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026.
