The Cantonment Board Nowshera invites sealed bids for the collection and auction of digital streamers (single lot) located on G.T Road Nowshera on a digital streamers basis through open public auction. The auction will be held in the office of the Nowshera Cantt Board on 12th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with alternative dates of 13th and 14th October 2026 if required. The reserve price is set at Rs.28,00,000 with an estimated value reflecting the commercial potential of digital advertising placement in the Nowshera cantonment area, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be defaulters of no Government Organization, particularly Nowshera Cantt Board. Interested firms and companies must deposit earnest money of Rs.1,40,000 (05 percent of reserved price) in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The successful bidder shall deposit 25 percent of the highest bid at the fall of hammer and provide pay order for the remaining 25 percent on the next working day, with 75 percent balance payable in three equal quarterly installments.

Participants must submit a CNIC and proper authority letter in original, execute a written agreement with the Board before installation, obtain electrical connections at their own expense with NOC from relevant authority, and obtain structure stability certification from a qualified structural engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council confirming capacity to withstand wind speeds up to 160 km per hour.
