Description / Scope of Work
The Environment Directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders for a Rate Running Contract for the provision of store material and miscellaneous items for the Transport Section of the Environment Wing. This is a national-level procurement conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique. The contract is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and covers various store and miscellaneous items required for operational activities of the Transport Section located in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and comply with all statutory requirements under Pakistani procurement law. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents, including registration and financial standing requirements as per public procurement regulations.
