Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Model College for Girls under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) invites bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services for hiring security guards. The contract is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be procured through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using open competitive bidding under the Least Cost Based Selection technique. The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations issued by the procurement authority. The institution is located in Islamabad Capital Territory, Sector G-14/4.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format, as bid security is not applicable for this tender. Eligible bidders from across Pakistan may submit their proposals in accordance with the bidding document specifications and service requirements outlined in the procurement notice.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
