Description / Scope of Work
The Army Garrison Engineer (AGE) at Bannu Cantonment, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors to undertake seven packages of technical and maintenance works with an approximate total value of Rs 14 million. The projects comprise technical consultancy (TC) services for external electric supply, external water supply, internal electric supply, and internal water supply systems; design and consultancy (DC) for building and repairs; and miscellaneous maintenance works. Each package carries an estimated cost of Rs 2 million. The pre-qualification process seeks to identify capable contractors for subsequent tender issuance and award.
Eligible firms must be enlisted with Military Engineer Services (MES) in categories A, B, C, D, or E and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors not currently on the approved MES list must furnish a certificate detailing works executed during the preceding two years and ongoing projects, providing comprehensive information on project values, timeframes, commencement and completion dates, and percentage progress on material supply. All applicants must hold valid PEC registration; those without such registration will be automatically excluded from tender document issuance.
Applications for pre-qualification must reach AGE (Army) Bannu Cantonment on or before 05 September 2026. Tender documents will be distributed to pre-qualified contractors on or after 05 September 2026. Tender submission closes at 1130 hours on 12 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day at AGE (A) Bannu Cantonment office. Detailed work specifications are available from the concerned office during normal working hours. Contractors are invited to attend the tender opening ceremony.
