Furniture, Fixtures, Air Conditioners and Tablets Tender by State Life Insurance Corporation

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Western Zone, Lahore invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of furniture and fixtures, air conditioning units, and tablets under Tender Enquiry 02/FUR/LZW/2026. The procurement encompasses four lots with an estimated combined value of approximately Rs. 8.826 million. Lot 01 includes office tables with side racks, revolving cushioned chairs, visiting chairs, three-seat and single-seat sofas, center tables, and steel file cabinets (total estimated cost Rs. 1.5 million). Lot 02 comprises smaller office tables with side racks, canned revolving and visiting chairs, and steel cabinets (estimated Rs. 2.376 million). Lot 03 covers 28 split air conditioning units of 1.5-ton capacity with inverter technology and installation services (estimated Rs. 4.8 million). Lot 04 includes two tablets with octa-core processors and 128GB storage (estimated Rs. 150,000). All furniture items must be manufactured from best quality materials with specified wood, foam, leather, and hardware finishes. Air conditioning units must be latest model inverter units compatible with high-temperature operations up to 50°C, equipped with gold fin technology and R410 refrigerant. Tablets must feature 8.7-inch WXGA+ displays with Wi-Fi connectivity and one-year local warranty. All items carry one-year onsite warranty including parts and labour. Procurement is being conducted in Punjab.
