306 Spares Depot Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Quetta Cantonment in Balochistan Province invites quotations for the supply of B Vehs MT (Motor Transport) Spares items under Invitation Tender Number 8 for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is for brand new spare parts to be delivered across all locations in Balochistan Province, with rates quoted to remain valid until 31 December 2027. All quoted rates must be inclusive of Government Sales Tax, Income Tax and other levies. Quotations must clearly indicate the country of origin or brand for each item, with submissions without country of origin liable to rejection. The tender permits package deal procurement for engine kits and vehicle systems where deemed necessary, and suppliers may quote separate rates for bulk quantities and regions outside Balochistan.
Participating firms must be security-cleared by General Headquarters and registered with 306 Spares Depot or any other Defence organization, though unregistered bidders may complete registration within ten days of tender opening. Bidders quoting imported items or original equipment manufacturer products must provide authorized dealership letters and agency agreements proving capability from principals. An IT Fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of bank draft payable to Comdt 306 Spares Depot is mandatory at submission, as is bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the total bidding amount as per PPRA Rules. Advance samples will be required to assess quality, technical feasibility and functionality, with bulk supply commencing only after Technical Oversight Board acceptance.
Quotations must be submitted in two sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, with separate CDs or USB drives for each component. Hard copy and soft copy submissions are both required, with cutting or overwriting rendering quotations liable to rejection. Tender documents are available on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Quotations must be deposited in the tender box before 1000 hours on 22 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours the same day. No quotations will be accepted after the deadline.
