Description / Scope of Work
Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC), a subsidiary of the Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) under the Ministry of Industries & Production, is inviting open competitive bids for the construction of various rehabilitation works at its facility located in Sector 38, NC-24, Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi, Sindh. This tender is being processed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage–One Envelope bidding procedure under the Least Cost Selection technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement follows national open competitive bidding principles and covers rehabilitation works at the KTDMC premises in Karachi, an important industrial zone.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order issued in favor of Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre, as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Bidders are required to submit complete technical and financial documentation along with mandatory forms including an Integrity Pact, affidavits, and other compliance documents as outlined in the bidding document.
