Description / Scope of Work
The University of Education in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the construction of a toilet and kitchen in the Bachelor Faculty Hostel located at the ground floor of the UE Township Campus. This project, identified as Lot 01, has an estimated cost of approximately 1.05 million Rupees and must be completed within a strict 30-day timeline. To qualify for participation, interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialized code CE-10 and must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement portal. The bidding process requires an earnest money deposit of 21,100 Rupees, provided as a CDR or Bank Guarantee. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security equivalent to 10 percent of the total contract price. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. The final deadline for submission and the scheduled opening of bids is 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
