Description / Scope of Work
The Central Ordnance Depot (COD) Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the local purchase of various ordnance stores required for EME Installations of the Pakistan Army for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments are eligible to participate. Bidders must provide a five percent bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Commandant COD Lahore. Tender documents containing detailed technical specifications can be obtained from the LP Branch of COD Lahore Cantt within fifteen days of the advertisement publication. Technical proposals will be evaluated by a technical board, and only technically responsive bidders will have their financial proposals opened. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering stores to various regional workshops across Pakistan and must provide a ten percent performance guarantee valid throughout the one-year warranty period. All bids must be dropped in the tender box at the Main Gate of COD Lahore by 10:00 AM on 11 May 2026.
