Description / Scope of Work
The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Punjab Police in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for the procurement of specialized security equipment. This high-value tender involves the purchase of 200 Bullet Proof Helmets and 200 Bullet Proof Jackets to enhance the operational capabilities of the force. The total estimated budget for this procurement is 52 million Rupees, with 11 million allocated for helmets and 41 million for jackets. Interested bidders are required to submit a 3 percent bid security of the estimated price for each respective lot. Eligibility is restricted to firms with at least three years of active tax registration and proven financial stability through audited statements. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026. Additionally, physical samples and original bid security instruments must be delivered to the CTD Headquarters in Lahore before the closing time to ensure technical responsiveness and evaluation eligibility.
