Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services of the Pakistan Navy in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms for two distinct work packages under the Garrison Engineer (Navy) Construction Islamabad. The first package includes miscellaneous major and abnormal repairs, consultancy services, and minor maintenance (TC/DC) works specifically for the E-8 Sector in Islamabad. The second package involves the provision of various furniture items for the same sector. Eligible participants must be enlisted with MES in categories A through E or possess relevant experience from other government departments for this nature of work. Mandatory requirements for applicants include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council, valid NTN and GST certification, and the submission of detailed financial statements and asset lists. Contractors must also provide comprehensive documentation of personnel capabilities and machinery availability. Applications for pre-qualification are due by 07 May 2026, while the final deadline for tender submissions from pre-qualified firms is set for 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026.
