The Public Prosecution Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for a comprehensive framework contract for the procurement of various store items spanning the 2025-2027 financial years. This significant procurement opportunity is divided into ten distinct lots covering a wide range of requirements including office stationery, computer consumables, IT equipment such as laptops and printers, plant and machinery, furniture, and hardware. Additionally, the contract includes provisions for transport repair services including the supply of tires and batteries. The estimated cost for the current cycle is approximately 45 million Rupees per major lot. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities including FBR and the Punjab Revenue Authority and must maintain an active taxpayer status. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. While digital submission is mandatory, the original bid security instrument equivalent to three percent of the estimated value must be delivered to the Civil Secretariat in Lahore by 09:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
