The University of Layyah in Layyah, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and various electrical items through its City Campus on Kachehry Road. This procurement opportunity is divided into five specialized lots to facilitate the university operations and administrative needs. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of acoustic felt and perforated panels, electrical equipment such as ceiling fans and lights, ergonomic computer chairs, glass-front steel almirahs, and high-quality office tables and wooden doors. The total estimated cost for this project is approximately 4.985 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments and demonstrate at least three years of professional experience. A mandatory five percent bid security is required for each lot. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with physical samples for specific furniture items required at the time of bid opening to ensure quality and value for money
